Lonnie's Therapy Success Story

When a resident comes to Canterbury Villa of Alliance for rehabilitation, our goal is to give them the tools to be able to leave our facility with a higher quality of life and also give them the means for continued success once they return home. We love watching the hard work they put in and celebrating their victories with them!

We recently had the pleasure of caring for 67-year-old, Lonnie French at our facility. Lonnie was admitted to us after his hospital stay, with a decline in gait transfers, balance, bed mobility and ADL performance as a total dependent. As a result of Canterbury Villa's Therapy Team, Lonnie achieved independence in all of these areas. He was able to reintegrate back into the community by independently walking with a cane.

We're sorry to see Lonnie leave, but we're so happy to see him heading home stronger and healthier. From all of us at Canterbury Villa of Alliance, we are very proud of you.
