Peggy’s Therapy Success Story

When Peggy was admitted to Canterbury Villa in January 2025, she faced significant challenges after a hospitalization due to a fall at home. Complicating her recovery, she was also COVID-positive and oxygen-dependent, requiring assistance with all daily tasks.



Despite these obstacles, Peggy was determined to regain her independence and return home with the support of her family. With the dedication and expertise of our therapy team, she worked tirelessly to build strength, improve endurance, and restore mobility. Over time, her hard work paid off—she no longer needed oxygen support, gained standing balance, improved transfers, and was able to participate in daily tasks independently.

Thanks to her perseverance and the guidance of our therapy team, Peggy achieved her goal of returning home.
